The New York State Professional Process Servers Association is the only process serving organization located in New York State. We are dedicated to providing the legal community and laypersons with quality process servers who are both knowledgeable and professional. On this web site you will have access to a database of New York State members and associate members throughout the United States and the world. There is also a list of process servers designated ‘certified’ as they have completed an educational course on New York State and Federal laws and procedures and have passed a comprehensive examination.
